How do I see a history of changes made in my account?

Go to Audit Log (Owners only) to see a running record of sensitive actions — team changes, party/item deletions, company settings updates, and e-way bill/e-invoice generation or cancellation — each with who did it, when, and from what IP address. It's a read-only history, not something you can edit or delete, so it stays reliable as a record of what actually happened on your account.
