ClayBill, a product of Anha Labs LLP, is a cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) product delivered entirely online. We do not sell, ship, or deliver any physical goods, so no shipping charges, carriers, or delivery timelines apply to any purchase made on this website.
Digital Delivery
Access to the Service is granted electronically. Once you sign up, your account is available immediately at our website. When you subscribe to a paid plan, your plan and features are activated on your account as soon as payment is confirmed by our payment gateway — there is no physical delivery step and no waiting period.
Access Issues
If you complete a payment but do not see your plan activated within a reasonable time, contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
System Requirements
ClayBill runs in a modern web browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari, kept reasonably up to date) on desktop or mobile, over a standard internet connection. No app download or installation is required. There are no regional restrictions — the Service is accessible from anywhere with internet access, though it is built and priced for GST-registered businesses in India.

We work to keep the Service available and responsive at all times, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access — scheduled maintenance, and outages of infrastructure or government systems we depend on for e-way bill and e-invoice filing, can occasionally affect availability.
