Yes. On your dashboard, the Receivables at Risk card has a Send reminders button (visible to Owners only). Clicking it runs the same overdue check immediately for the financial year you're currently viewing, instead of waiting for the automatic daily run.
It tells you how many parties were notified and how many emails/SMS messages actually went out. If a party was already reminded within the last few days, it's skipped from that run to avoid notifying them twice in quick succession.
